Choose Your CPR Training Format:1. Online Only: Entirely remote, self-paced training. Note: May not meet all employment or educational requirements.2. Online + Instructor-Led In-Person: Start with online modules, followed by hands-on, instructor-led in-person training.3. Online + Instructor-Led Virtual: Combine online coursework with live, instructor-led virtual classes.4. Full Instructor-Led In-Person: Traditional, comprehensive training, completely instructor-led and conducted in-person. Each option leads to the same recognized certification, designed to fit different learning styles and requirements.

Curious About Our Booking and Payment Policies?

For regular bookings, payment is due three weeks prior to the training date. For last-minute bookings, payment due immediately. Remember, certifications are issued only after full payment receipt, ensuring a clear and fair process for all parties involved.

Life is unpredictable, isn’t it? Should you need to cancel, know that we are here to support you. If you cancel at least three days prior to your scheduled training, you’re entitled to a full refund – a commitment to your flexibility and convenience. Cancellations made less than three days before the training incur a minimal fee, as we have allocated resources and time for your session. For 24 hours or less cancellations, the fee is non-refundable, but we offer the flexibility to reschedule. This ensures that your path to becoming a lifesaver remains uninterrupted, adapting to your dynamic needs. Our policy is crafted to balance fairness and understanding, respecting both your circumstances and our operational requirements.
